Educational Visits

There are many learning opportunities to be found outside the classroom, and so we use educational visits to support and extend our pupils’ education. We also see them as an opportunity to build their independence and resilience.

There are regular visits to national arts institutions, museums and performances. Visiting the farm to witness the lambing process (see pictures above) has also been a highlight. We have also been able to offer subsidised places on international trips, most recently to Lille in France.

We run a yearly residential visit to Fairplay House. Children from Year 5/6 get a fantastic opportunity to experience some amazing activities.
