On Monday 10th February, six year 5 pupils visited Park Primary School for an RE workshop. They met children from four schools in Newham and had an opportunity to do team building tasks and worked collaboratively. All pupils were engaged and showed great enthusiasm during the workshop. When asked to work with pupils from other schools, they were excited to share their knowledge and worked well as a team. They did a range of activities which included arts and crafts, storytelling and they even generated their own questions for our Philosophy For Children (P4C) debating session.
They represented Essex Primary School very well and were keen to learn about the topics that were discussed during the workshop. All pupils shared many positive comments about the workshop and talked about the most valuable lessons they learnt.
