National Curriculum Assessment Results
At the end of Key Stages 1 and 2, all pupils in Years 2 and 6 are assessed by means of SATs (Standard Assessment Tests).
Year 1 pupils are tested in the Phonics Screening Check.
Year 2 pupils are assessed by Teacher Assessment in Reading, Writing, Maths and Science.
Year 6 pupils are tested in Reading, Writing (Teacher Assessment), Maths and Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling and Science (Teacher Assessment) . By the end of year 2 and 6, pupils are expected to achieve the Expected Standard.
