On Wednesday 19th of June, Essex Primary School’s year 5 and 6 girls and boys proudly represented Newham at the Cricket London Youth Games. Pupils had an unforgettable experience, competing at a high level against 33 boroughs. From the moment they arrived, the young sports stars demonstrated exceptional skill and determination. Their hard work and training was evident as they faced tough competition, achieving remarkable results. They were a shining example of good sportsmanship, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere throughout the event; they also displayed incredible dedication and teamwork. The event was a great achievement for Essex Primary School, the experience has not only boosted their confidence but also strengthened their bond as a team.
