What a wonderful fortnight it has been. Years 1 and 2 have enjoyed participating in the fantastic ‘Harmony in Diversity’ Music and Dance Project. The purpose of the project was to celebrate and appreciate the diversity of languages from around the globe. Pupils distinguished themselves with their enthusiasm, commitment and dedication. As a result, they have performed stunning dance routines inspired by the traditions of Ghana, Hungary and Southern India, sang like angels and collaborated to create their own composition song. If you closed your eyes for a moment, you could easily believe you were in a secondary school; such was the flawless maturity of their performance. Thank you to everyone for their hard work and hopefully pupils and parents will continue to hum, snap their fingers, dance or sing the new songs and dances that have been learnt.
