This week, Year 4 visited Woodgrange Baptist Church as part of our Easter learning. We shared our own experiences of Easter, as well as learning about the experience of Jesus during the Holy Week. Pupils took part in many activities including painting stained glass windows, role-playing The Last Supper and creating an Easter garden to represent new life. We even got to sing and dance to some popular gospel songs which Christians listen to and enjoy at Easter time! The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the visit and came away with newfound knowledge that they can apply to their school work back in class.
