Art Workshop
Essex Primary has embarked on an exciting Art project where pupils have been working with artists from Art4space to create a mosaic to showcase the school’s six big ideas: Identity, Diversity, Space-Time, Technology, Interdependence and Sustainability. All children have been involved in the design process and are now taking part in art workshops to bring their designs and ideas to life. This week, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 took part in the workshop and have gained vital skills such as moulding, shaping and carving clay as well as creating a smooth finish. It was great to have staff and children all involved in this whole school project.
